Washington’s major limitation towards Russia is not a lack of military leadership, but a lack of moral leadership
The fragile ceasefire between the U.S.-backed Ukrainian government and Russian-backed rebels could help pave the way to a peaceful resolution to the conflict—or simply postpone a worsening of the crisis.
